Windjammer’s investment strategy has remained consistent since its founding and holds true whether we are engaging in a control equity transaction, co-investing along side a family-owned business, or providing subordinated debt to support an equity sponsor.

Market Position:
Niche industry leaders with significant and defensible market share.

Products/Services:
