Bob has more than 35 years of investment experience, including over 21 years in private equity. Prior to founding Windjammer, Bob was affiliated with Pacific Life Insurance Company where he made a wide variety of investments on Pacific Life’s behalf. He co-founded the insurance company’s mezzanine and equity investment operations under the banner of Pacific Mezzanine Investors (PMI), a joint venture with Windjammer Capital, in 1990. Prior to Pacific Life, Bob spent 10 years with Bank of Boston specializing in middle-market, multinational, high technology lending. Additionally, he ran the Bank of Boston International, a subsidiary bank of Bank of Boston located in Los Angeles.
Costa serves in an Advisory role to the firm and is actively engaged in historical investments.
Costa has over 40 years of investment experience, including 30 years in private equity, of which 17 years are at Windjammer. Costa is a member of the firm's Management Committee as well as its Investment Committee. During his tenure with Windjammer, he has been responsible for the overall strategic direction of the Firm and management of the investment staff, diligence/operating protocols, the partnerships, and administrative functions.

Greg joined Windjammer in 2000 to help establish the firm's East Coast presence and has over 25 years of investment experience. At Windjammer, Greg is a member of the firm's Management Committee and its Investment Committee. Since 2007, Windjammer has worked closely with Tim Ristoff and TriVista to execute operationally oriented value enhancement projects across many platform investments.
Tim is CEO of TriVista Business Group, an operational advisory firm with offices in the United States and China and has 85 operating executives with a wide variety of industry experiences and functional skill sets. Tim brings to the firm over 30 years of experience in manufacturing, operations and general management. Previously, Tim was President of ITT Industrial Electronics Group, a $450 million division of ITT Industries, President of ITT Switch Products, President of ITT Jabsco, and Vice President and General Manager of TRW Sensors and Components. Tim is a former member of the Board of Directors of Children’s Hospital Orange County (CHOC) and is currently Vice Chairman of the Board of Jserra Catholic High School.

Prior to joining Windjammer, Brandon was the General Manager of Sonix, a subsidiary within Danaher's Industrial Technologies platform. During his eight year career at Danaher, Brandon held positions in general management, business development, and product development. Prior to Danaher, Brandon served five years in the United States Army and led infantry and logistics platoons in the 75th Ranger Regiment and 82nd Airborne Division. At Windjammer, Brandon's primary focus is to work with the portfolio companies to drive organic growth as well as in evaluating new investment opportunities from an operational perspective, performing operational due diligence, and monitoring portfolio company performance.
Jonathan joined Windjammer in 2024, and is responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, performing due diligence, participating in structuring, negotiating and closing of transactions, and assisting in the management of portfolio companies.
Sam joined Windjammer in 2026 and works within our portfolio companies alongside management to drive organic growth, operational improvements, and capacity optimization. He applies the Windjammer Playbook with AI-enabled tools, executing high-impact projects across the portfolio.
Prior to joining Windjammer, Sam served 20 years as an officer in the United States Navy, most recently as a Requirements Officer in the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations, planning, programming, and executing a $1.9 billion capability portfolio spanning the Navy and U.S. Special Operations Command. Over his 20-year career as a Navy SEAL officer, Sam commanded teams of up to 250 people across seven countries and stood up multiple new intelligence and warfare capabilities from concept through global deployment.
