Paul is a global executive with over 25 years of marketing, eCommerce, and Big Data leadership experience. He provides advisory and consulting services to companies that need to accelerate their sales through digital channels.
Paul, working through PMA Digital Solutions, LLC, has been engaged to provide strategic advice to Windjammer, with a focus on eCommerce and digital transformation. Most recently, he was VP & President, Global eCommerce, Innovation, and Big Data at Grainger (NYSE: GWW) where he grew the business from $1.2 billion to over $4 billion. Prior to Grainger, Paul led a start-up division of a venture-backed company, Enservio, that serviced property insurance carriers and was sold to a strategic partner; was Senior Vice President, Direct Commerce for Sears Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ: SHLD); and Vice President, eCommerce for Williams-Sonoma Inc. (NYSE: WSM), leading Internet and catalog activities. In addition, he was on the board of Demandware, an eCommerce platform provider that went public and was later sold to Salesforce.com (NYSE: CRM).
